1. Free Consultation
You tell us about your hearing need(s) by contacting us with an appointment. Our hearing care professional then provide expert consultation, free, at you home.
2. Professional Hearing Evaluation
We will conduct ear physical exam and a suite of hearing tests with our state-of-the-art ultra-miniature equipment at your home, free of charge!
3. Hearing Aid Selection
We then make recommendations based on your hearing loss, listening needs, and budget. We will then order digital hearing aids for you and schedule for the next appointment for fitting the new aids.
4. Initial Fitting and Aural Rehabilitation
Once we receive the devices from the manufacturer, We will conduct the first fitting to to your hearing gloss and physical comfort, so that you can hear speech with superior sound quality and listening comfort. We also start a customized 3-phased Aural Rehabilitation Program, to not only help your ears to hear better, but also help your brain to listen better.
5. Further Fittings
One week later, our hearing care professional will go through your list of notes to make some further adaptive adjustments to the aids. We will conduct further follow-up's with you. We monitor and guide your rehabilitation progress closely. All fittings are conducted in the comfort of your own home.
6. 45-Day Free Trial
You have a 45 days to try things out. We are confident you will be satisfied. If you are not, we will give you money back.
7. Six Month Follow up
We then schedule a 6-month follow up appointment from this point on to ensure that your aids are cleaned and in proper working order.
8. Yearly Hearing Evaluation
At each of your hearing evaluation anniversary,we will re-evaluate your hearing and make corresponding adjustments if necessary. Also we check your hearing aids to make sure they are cleaned and working properly. This is also FREE.
